Jupap is a Clean Connect,INC. project. All rights reserved by Clean Connect, INC. In the continuation of the contract, Clean Connect, INC will be referred to as JUPAP.
In order for you to use the JUPAP website and applications in a safer, accessible, controllable and efficient manner, we aim to convey to our Users the information we collect on the website and applications, why we collect them, how they are used, and your choices about your information, within the scope of this Policy, only and clearly. This Policy explains our privacy practices in plain language and keeps legal and technical jargon to a minimum.
3. Information We Collect
It is clear that we need to have some information about you, such as basic profile information and your license plate information. We also collect information generated when you use our services, such as access to logs, and information from third parties, such as when accessing our services through a social media account. If you want additional information, we go into more detail below.
Information you give us
When you use our services, you choose to provide us with certain information. This includes the following:
When you create an account, you give us at least your login details and some basic information necessary for the service to function, such as your gender and date of birth.
When you complete your profile, you can share with us additional information about you, such as your personality, information about your vehicle, your lifestyle, interests and other information about you, as well as content such as photos and videos. You can allow us to access your camera or photo album to add certain content such as pictures and videos. Some of the information you choose to provide to us may be deemed "private" or "sensitive" in certain regions. Examples of this are your racial or ethnic origin, sexual orientation, and religious beliefs. By choosing to provide this information, you consent to us processing this information.
After completing your profile, you can give us your license plate information, which is the basis for our application. You may be asked to take a few photos and videos from inside your vehicle to confirm your profile and earn the "confirmed profile" icon that shows it to other users.
When you subscribe to a paid service or make a purchase directly from us (rather than through a platform such as iOS or Android), you provide us or our payment service provider with information such as your bank or credit card number and other financial information.
When you participate in surveys or focus groups, you provide us with insights on our products and services, answers to our questions, and customer feedback.
When you choose to participate in our promotions, events and contests, we collect the information you use to sign up or enter.
If you contact our customer service team, we collect the information you provide to us during the interaction. Sometimes we track and record these interactions for educational purposes and to provide a high quality service.
If you ask us to contact or process other people's information (for example, if you ask us to send an email to one of your friends on your behalf), we collect information about others you provide to us in order to complete your request.
Of course, we also process your chats with other users and the content you post as part of service activities.
Information we receive from others
In addition to the information you provide directly to us, we also receive information about you from others, such as:
Other Users Other users may provide information about you while using our services. For example, we may collect information about you from other users if they contact us about you.
Social Media You can use your social media login (such as Facebook Login) to create and log in to your JUPAP account. This saves you from having to remember another username and password and allows you to share some information with us from your social media account.
Other Partners We may receive information about you from our partners, for example on the websites and platforms of a partner where JUPAP ads are running (in which case they may pass on details about the success of a campaign).
Information collected on your use of our services
When you use our services, we collect information such as what features you use, how you use them, and the devices you use to access our services. See below for more information:

Other information obtained with your consent If you give us your consent, we may collect your precise geolocation information (latitude and longitude) in a variety of ways, such as GPS, Bluetooth or Wi-Fi connections, depending on the service you use. The collection of your geolocation information may occur in the background, even when you are not using the services, if your consent to us expressly allows this. If you do not allow us to collect your geolocation information, we will not collect it. Similarly, we may collect your photos and videos if you consent (eg if you want to post a photo, video or stream on the services).
4. Cookies and Other Similar Data Collection Technologies
Some web browsers (such as Safari, Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Chrome) have a "Do Not Track" ("DNT") feature that tells a website that it does not want a user's online activity to be tracked. If a website that is responding to DNT signals receives a DNT signal, it is possible that the browser is preventing the website from collecting certain information about the browser user. Not all browsers offer the DNT option, and DNT signals are not yet of a single type. For this reason, many businesses, including JUPAP, do not currently respond to DNT signals.
