If you live in the Republic of Turkey, the company (“data controller”) responsible for your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy is JUPAP.
2.Privacy Policy Application Area
This Privacy Policy applies to websites, applications, events and other services operated by JUPAP. For the sake of clarity, all these are referred to as "services" under this Privacy Policy.
Some services may require their own privacy policies. If a particular service has its own privacy policy, then that policy will apply instead of this Privacy Policy.
3. Information We Collect
It is clear that we need to have some information about you, such as basic profile information and your license plate information. We also collect information generated when you use our services, such as access to logs, and information from third parties, such as when accessing our services through a social media account. If you want additional information, we go into more detail below.
Information you give us

Examples of this are your racial or ethnic origin, sexual orientation, and religious beliefs. By choosing to provide this information, you consent to us processing this information.
-
After completing your profile, you can give us your license plate information, which is the basis for our application. You may be asked to take a few photos and videos from inside your vehicle to confirm your profile and earn the "confirmed profile" icon that shows it to other users.
-
When you subscribe to a paid service or make a purchase directly from us (rather than through a platform such as iOS or Android), you provide us or our payment service provider with information such as your bank or credit card number and other financial information.

-
If you ask us to contact or process other people's information (for example, if you ask us to send an email to one of your friends on your behalf), we collect information about others you provide to us in order to complete your request.
-
Of course, we also process your chats with other users and the content you post as part of service activities.
-
Information we receive from others

The collection of your geolocation information may occur in the background, even when you are not using the services, if your consent to us expressly allows this. If you do not allow us to collect your geolocation information, we will not collect it. Similarly, we may collect your photos and videos if you consent (eg if you want to post a photo, video or stream on the services).
4. Cookies and Other Similar Data Collection Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies (eg, web beacons, pixels) to recognize you and/or your device(s) and may allow others to use them.
Some web browsers (such as Safari, Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Chrome) have a "Do Not Track" ("DNT") feature that tells a website that it does not want a user's online activity to be tracked. If a website that is responding to DNT signals receives a DNT signal, it is possible that the browser is preventing the website from collecting certain information about the browser user. Not all browsers offer the DNT option, and DNT signals are not yet of a single type. For this reason, many businesses, including JUPAP, do not currently respond to DNT signals.
